Field Help Additions for Revenue Details Fields (ZB-3398)

Field help text has been added to new fields on Revenue Detail records:

  • Date Last Invoice Link Check The date and time invoice links for this Revenue Detail were last sent to the Advanced Revenue Management plugin. Blank until the first send.
  • Invoice Links Base Total Total of the invoice links last sent to the Advanced Revenue Management plugin for this Revenue Detail, in the accounting book's base currency. Stored for audit only. Updated each time invoice links for this Revenue Detail are sent to the plugin.
  • Invoice Links FX Total Total of the invoice links last sent to the Advanced Revenue Management plugin for this Revenue Detail, in the transaction currency. Stored for audit only. Updated each time invoice links for this Revenue Detail are sent to the plugin.
  • Invoice Links Count Number of invoice links last sent to the Advanced Revenue Management plugin for this Revenue Detail. Stored for audit only. Updated each time invoice links for this Revenue Detail are sent to the plugin.
  • Invoice Link Detail JSON of the invoice links last sent to the Advanced Revenue Management plugin for this Revenue Detail. Stored for audit only. JSON longer than 1,000,000 characters is not stored. Updated each time invoice links for this Revenue Detail are sent to the plugin.

Flexible Cancellation Date Treatment for Offsetting Charges (ZB-3395)

Cancellation and termination processing under Don't Preserve Charges now supports configurable date treatment options, controlling whether the effective cancellation date is counted as a billed service day or included in generated offsetting charges. 

  • Configurable Date Treatment Modes: Supports two operational modes when processing non-preserved charge cancellations and terminations: 
    • Inclusive: Counts the cancellation date as a billed service day, generating offsetting charges starting the following day (preserves existing system behavior).
    • Exclusive: Excludes the cancellation date from billed service, allowing offsets to start directly on the cancellation date (enabling complete offsetting of billed charges when cancelling on the start date).
  • Hierarchical Preference Controls: Added a Default Cancellation Date Treatment setting on ZAB Preferences (defaulting to Inclusive) along with Cancellation Date Treatment Override fields on both Subscription and Subscription Item records. Overrides resolve hierarchically (Subscription Item override -> Subscription override -> ZAB Preferences default) and stamp the applied mode on the affected item record upon processing.

ZAB Send Email Script Deployment Permissions Update (ZB-3307)

Script execution permissions for the ZAB Send Email script deployment have been updated to prevent permission errors when standard users trigger email workflows.
