On the ZAB Preference record, set the default Transaction Type (Sales Order, Invoice, or Cash Sales) that should be created when Charges are converted into a Transaction. The following records may override Transaction Type preferences assigned at the ZAB Preferences level:
- Billing Profile
- Subscription
- Subscription Item
- Item

Example:
A Subscription has a Subscription Item with a Transaction Type of ‘Invoice’ and a Billing Profile with a Transaction Type of ‘Sales Order.’ Upon transaction creation, the Subscription Item generates a Sales Order because Billing Profile Transaction Types override Subscription Item Transaction Types.
