1. To add a ZAB Plan Item Field Map, navigate to the ZAB Plan Item Record and create or update the ZAB Plan Item Field Template.
2. Under ZAB Plan Item Field Map, select New.
3. Add a Name. The recommended approach is to put the field Name and the Value that will be set in the name.
a. Example: “ABC Co Custom Field = 1”
4. Select the Subscription Item field that this ZAB Plan Item Field Map will set.
5. Set the Default Value that will be set when the Subscription Item is created.
6. If the field that is being set is a List/Record field, then the internal ID of the value that you would like to set is what you would set in the Default Value field.
7. The below is an example of a Plan Item Field Map to set the Rating Priority Field to “100”.
