1. To Credit/Rebill a Transaction or Transaction Line, ensure you have access to Credit/Rebill, then go to the ZoneBilling-generated Transaction (Sales Order/Invoice) > click the ZAB Credit/Rebill button.
2. The button will pull up the Credit/Rebill Suitelet.
- The following options are pre-populated:
- The Customer and Transaction will be prefiltered.
- The Credit/Rebill option will be selected by default
- Select the Line(s) you wish to process then click the Preview Credits button to move to the next step.
3. The next step will bring you to the Credit/Preview log, which allows you to review the Lines that will be credited and/or rebilled.
4. Click the Process Credits button to process the Lines, or click the Back button to make any corrections to the selection.
Reminder: The chosen Transaction Lines, plus any Transaction lines that are comprised of ‘Related Charges’ will display here. If a previously credited Transaction Line has been selected, it will be excluded from this list.
5. Once submitted through the Credit/Rebill Log, processing progress may be viewed from the Currently Processing text link. This will bring you to the Credit Rebill Log Queue which will provide an update on the Transactions processed for credit/rebill.
6. The processing queue will highlight completed Submissions in Green
7. Click on the Submission ID to review the ZAB Credit/Rebill Log
This log may be accessed from Transactions > Zone Advanced Billing > Credit/Rebill Log
8. Lines Credited/Rebilled can be reviewed from the log. Click Related Charges to review all Charges related to the credit/rebill action.
