Date Format Issue with 'Terminate Subscription Item' Functionality
Previously, certain company and user date preference combinations resulted in errors when using the ‘Terminate Subscription Item’ functionality. This has been resolved so that all date formats are compatible with the functionality.
Release Notes Available in ZoneBilling
This enhancement provides access to the ZoneBilling Release Notes (under Setup > Zone Advanced Billing Setup > Release Notes), providing all users easy access to product documentation within NetSuite.
Issue with Duplicate ZAB Display Actions
Resolves an issue in the validation preventing multiple ZAB Display Actions from being created with the same ‘ZAB Button’ and ‘Display Action Type’ combination.
Enhancement to 'Rating in Progress' Banner
Previously, when the ‘Rate Now’ button was clicked on a Subscription or Subscription Item, a green banner saying ‘Rating Completed’ appeared immediately, even if the Rating process was still running. This enhancement provides more clarity to the user by first displaying a blue ‘Rating in Progress’ banner, then once complete, the green ‘Rating Completed' banner. No changes to the rating logic or process were introduced with this functionality.
Issue in ZAB Process Status Search
Resolves an issue in the ‘ZAB Process Status’ search criteria where not all recent records displayed on the Process Status page (Setup > ZAB Setup > Process Status). This fix ensures all ZAB Process records created in the last 30 days are included in the results.
Issue Resetting Revenue Order Field During Renewal Estimate Conversion
Resolves an issue where the ‘Revenue Order’ field on the Subscription and Subscription Item was unset during the Renewal Estimate Conversion process if the ‘Update Subscription & Update Subscription Items' or ‘Update Subscription & New Subscription Items’ actions were used. This enhancement ensures that the behavior is dependent on the selected Renewal Template’s ‘Renewal Action Upon Approval', in the following manner:
- If the Renewal Action Upon Approval is ‘New Subscription & New Subscription Items’, the Revenue Order field is null on the newly created records.
- If the Renewal Action Upon Approval is 'Update Subscription & Update Subscription Items’, the Revenue Order data persists on the updated records (i.e. is not cleared).
- If the Renewal Action Upon Approval is 'Update Subscription & New Subscription Items’,
- If the related Revenue Configuration ‘Revenue Order Source’ = ‘Batch’, the Revenue Order will persist on the updated Subscription record and will be null on the new Subscription Item records.
- If the related Revenue Configuration ‘Revenue Order Source’ = ‘Inherit from Subscription’, the Revenue Order will persist on the updated Subscription record and the value will be set on the new Subscription Item records.
Issue with Prepaid Item Quantity and Ad Hoc Data
Resolves an issue occurring when a Subscription Item with a Prepaid Item Quantity Rate Type used Ad Hoc for the usage type. In niche scenarios, the expiration date was not properly set on the included Unit Adjustment Charges, permitting rating to consume more than the available units within a given period, without generating overage. This fix ensures that the Unit Expiration Date is appropriately set, the Prepaid Quantity balance is calculated inclusive of all billed and unbilled Unit Adjustment Charges, and overage Charges generate appropriately.
Non-Impacting Error Deleting ZAB Display Configuration
Eliminates an extraneous error present in script logs when deleting a ZAB Display Configuration record. This error was non-impacting and therefore removed.
Issue with Ad Hoc Data and Rate Now Button
Previously, in niche scenarios where a Subscription Item had a very high volume of Ad Hoc Data and rating was initiated via the ‘Rate Now’ button on the Subscription or Subscription Item, the Rating process would silently fail and no Charges would generate. This enhancement evaluates the volume of usage data, and redirects the user to the Execute Rating Suitelet if a high volume of Ad Hoc Data is detected.
