If your Contract Pricing is not being applied to Charges as expected, confirm:
- Correct Contract Pricing profile is selected on the Subscription
- Item and/or Item Category match the Charge Item you’re using
- If using a Price Book, check that Item/Category match as well
- Dates on your Charges fall within the defined Start/End Dates
- The currency of your Subscription is configured in the Contract Pricing profile for the Item
If unexpected Discounts appear on your Charges, check the Customer record for additional discounts.
- Item/Categories may not match, dates outside range, Item subtype not applicable, currency not represented
- If other discounts are applied at the Item level, you might get multiple discounts
