Q: Can I manually re-arrange the list of Display Configurations displayed through the Suitelet?
A: Currently the list cannot be custom sorted, and renders alphabetically by record type then by Display Configuration Name (i.e. Master Contract-related Configurations first).
Q: Can the same Element be used in multiple Conditions on the same Display Configuration?
A: The same Element may be used in multiple Conditions on a Display Configuration (i.e. Condition where ‘Additional Discount Amount’ less than 100 AND a Condition where ‘Additional Discount Amount’ greater than or equal to 50).
However, a Condition with the same Element, Operator, and Value cannot be added twice to the same Configuration.
Q: Can the same Element be used in multiple Actions on the same Display Configuration?
A: Each Element may only be used in one Action on the same Configuration.
- For example, after adding an Action with the Element ‘Rate Plan’, that Element is no longer available in the list when adding another Action.
This prevents conflicts by performing multiple actions on the same field, i.e. if one Action said to ‘Hide’ Rate Plan and the next said to ‘Disable’ Rate Plan.
